She might need more room on her drive to rebuild. Move all the files out of the Identity folder. If you can move them to an external drive that will give you more space. Next try to find the ones that were first renamed Old. You'll have to look at the modified files. I believe they are Database (Rebuild) and Database (Rebuild) Cache. I'm not sure about the ones actually named Old. If I remember correctly, when Entourage X first came out they were renamed old and later changed rebuild, but it could be the opposite. Next check to see how much drive space there is on her hard drive. She needs a minimum of twice the size of her database plus 10% of her drive space for the system breathing room. If you could get me the files, I'll see if I can salvage. I could stand to make a few bucks doing this for her. The best option would be to upload to a .Mac account or any online server.
