Serdar, A couple questions: 1) What version of operating system, and what version of Entourage, are you using? 2) Can you log into your email account via its Web mail access, to see how many messages are there -- to see whether there are still 83 or 84 un-downloaded messages? 3) Do you have any rules set up that would be filing messages elsewhere so that only 1 or 2 show up in your Inbox? That is, might some of the other messages have ended up in your Junk folder, or some other folder in Entourage? To check that, look at the preset "received today" or "received since launch" to see all of the mail together in one list, rather than needing to check various folders for it.
