The 11.3.5 did include several important updates. It's been so long I don't remember. The updates after that were not as important. The 11.3.5 combo was rolled into the 11.5 combo so you might as well install it. > >> When Entourage did the rebuild, it made a copy. Having the original often helps because it has not gone through the rebuild process and possibly modified. It saves attachments. I just dragged a folder to the desktop as MBOX and dragged it back in. categories were still attached to the messages and the correct date was still showing. If you are ever in doubt, do a test yourself on a small folder. > >> Jolly's script takes a huge amount of time. > > Any idea on the question of what "current selection" means in the > description of his script? Have no idea on the current selection other than it's what you have selected. Perhaps I'm not understanding this question. You can copy over the Rules file, but you will need to reset each folder. I suspect you could get rid of many of your rules if you used categories. You can contact me off list to discuss this. Accounts are the hard part. Create screenshots. You can find the passwords in the keychain. You can try this option, but it's not guaranteed to work, but it's pretty painless to try. 1. Start with the Identity you want to use that's kerfluey. (obviously working on a copy) 2. Export everything as Entourage archive (.rge) and select to delete. 3. Import the Entourage archive (.rge) into this Identity and see if it's working. You will probably still have to reset your rules, but your account info will still be there. -- Diane -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
