I think the brochure makes the process look a lot easier than it really is.? 
There were some pretty photos.

With the average tenancy period for forested property ownership at around 7 
years it means that a typical patch of woods could go through fifteen different 
owners in a hundred years....and all it would take is one of those 15 owners to 
be short sighted, greedy or finacially stressed to undo every previous tenants 
efforts.
