Barry:

Some lindens have a few yellow leaves along streets here in Poznan/Kornik
Poland, but in forests everything still looks like mid-summer green. No
color on Norway maples, sycamore maples, English oak, hornbeam, European
beech, or the two species of birches yet.

Many horsechestnuts have lost their leaves, but that is from a leaf
disease, not due to onset of fall color.

ENTS,
> The Sour Gums, Flowering Dogwood and Sassafras are changing now. In fact
> they started a couple weeks ago. Also I saw some Sweetgums changing and
> some Swamp Maple.
> In previous years I've seen Sour Gums start changing as early as July!
> August is normal though.
> This is southern New Jersey, by the way.
> Anyone else seeing stuff starting to change yet?
