So can anyone view the tree without trespassing? I have a healthy
respect for private property and don't trespass anywhere the owners
are averse to that.

That is one amazing tree, and I would dearly love to see it. My wife
and I go to West Virginia at least once a year. I could make the time
on such a trip to view that tree.
