Thanks Kouta I believe that is it. When I was searching for it earlier on the internet I came across a reference to Loquat Leaf oak, but the photos it showed were leaves with dentate margins, were the one I saw was entire. However the photos on your link look almost identical to what I am seeing. And the leaves look very similar to the loquat trees in my yard.
