I'm a T90 guy who while his 2 T90's were in getting new shutters went out
and bought an Elan 7e (the first in western Canada) to go with his Elan
2e...The 2e did not do much for me...the eye control never worked, focus
(when preselecting a indicator) and shutter time lag were Oh So Slow...I
figured I'd sell all my autofocus stuff as soon as the job I was doing (and
wanted my T90's for) ended...I shot my first 6 rolls with the 7e without eye
control...Oh Boy this camera was fast and decisive...then I tried the eye
control...100 rolls later we cut to the finish...Anyone wanta buy two T90's?
P.S. I've owned the 28-135 for 2 years...recently I shot a Marilyn Monroe
look alike in her rather dark apartment using ISO 100 print film at shutter
speeds handheld between 1/8 to 1/30...I was amazed when only 6 or so shots
showed blur...and those were subject movement...I had never before attempted
to use the lens this way because I thought it was impossible...it
isn't...the lens is incredible...jim
