Welcome to the List.
Tamron used to make an Adaptall-to-EOS adapter, but it is only available
used. If you cannot find one, the EOS Listowner, WJM, has suggested using
an Adaptall-to-M42 then an M42-to-EOS adapter in combination.
Even if you did this, there are several disadvantages:
1) Manual focus is without any focussing aids (the "focus assist" feature
will not work).
2) You have to use stop-down metering.
3) If you try to add a Canon EF teleconverter, the camera will lock up
The EOS List has a searchable archive (at least for the moment). Search
using "Adaptall" for more details.
