It all boils down to whether is posts have a commercial
nature/intent or not. To my recollection, his contributions are
usually on topic, useful. Now we need to know if there is a
commercial intent behind those posts. Does he contribute to
lists/groups during or after working hours? If during working
hours then it has to be with his employer's consent. If his
employer agrees to it, it has to be because he sees a commercial
gain in it. As simple as that.

What is Thanksgiving?
