Hi Jean-Marc,
Thanksgiving is a Holiday in the US. It is the fourth Thursday in
November every year. We, in most cases, get together with family and
friends and give thanks for what we have received through out the
year.
It is a tradition that started when the Pilgrims were first in the US
and celebrated with a feast after surviving another year. Some feasts
included as guests the native people.
