I don't think so ! The 200 1,8L is very used by pro photographers for
shooting indoor sports, or indoor shows.
But I agree for the 50 1 or the 1200 5,6 !

For the 200 1,8 I don't think that Canon is lossing money in building it.
Considering that the 1200mm is made on order only... Perhaps for the 50 1,0.
I don't know !
