Sure. You want what's commonly mis-called a close-up filter, but is 
actually a diopter. They come in mediocre single-element versions and in 
better two-element versions. See

You buy them by power -- how much close-up they provide, and by filter 
thread size. Canon makes two, the 250D and 500D in 52 and 58 sizes, but you 
can use any brand that fits.
