Sure. You want what's commonly mis-called a close-up filter, but is actually a diopter. They come in mediocre single-element versions and in better two-element versions. See http://www.angelfire.com/ca/erker/closeups.html for a list of those. You buy them by power -- how much close-up they provide, and by filter thread size.
