Hi Pam,
Some other list members have already advised against
the use of the last 2 flashes, and I agree with what
has been said so far about the 160e.
Have you considered a third party flash? The most
expensive of the 3 you've mentioned is CA$100 which is
about US$67. Looking at the B&H web site there are a
number of 3rd party flashes in that price range to
suit Canon EOS that may suit your needs and provide
some additional features compared to the 160e or the
built in flash (more powerful, manual zoom head, tilt
and/or swivel head for softening the light by
reflecting it aff a ceiling or wall).

In the past I've owned an Achiever flash it was pretty
reasonable for the money and produced quite good
results. I've heard good reports about Sunpak and
Vivitar as well.
