Hi all, I splitted appart a Kenko 12mm extension tube. It contains nothing but the pins that brings the connection from rear to front. They have springs in between to ensure pressure in the contact (rear side) Has anyone ever dissected a Canon extension tube? Do they contain electronics? I wonder why they behave differently with flash exposures.
