Be aware, however, that not all older Sigma lenses can be upgraded. I
emailed them about my old 21-35mm f3.5-4.2, and it's not on the list. This
doesn't really bother me, as it's compatible with my EOS1 and 1N, but there
may be a problem if and when I upgrade to a 1V (this is the reason I wrote
them in the first place).
