I have an EOS-3 and can't find an explanation in the camera booklet on what it means when the ECF icon blinks. I notice it doing this even when one of the focus rectangles has lit, the round 'in focus' indicator is solidly lit (indicating focus is achieved), and the beeper beeped indicating that focus has been achieved. Can someone tell me what this means or point me to what I'm overlooking in the documentation? Or tell me if I'm not holding my mouth right?
