I believe most or all of the same screens will work in the 1V.  Check
the back of the manual.  I think Canon doesn't like to make a whole new
range of screens for every new camera they produce, so they make sure
they are the same size and then keep producing the older designs for
those who need them without updating them to the new (and in my opinion,
deficient) design.

The grid screen I use is the Ec-D.
