I have an EOS 3, and it really is a great camera. The only drawback is that
it is quite loud, and I would't recommend it if you're going to use it
mainly for wedding photography. The noise from the shutter/mirror could be
to loud for the ceremony. If you're going to use it during the reception
only, the problem won't be the same. If you want an quiet EOS you should
look at EOS 30/Elan 7, or go for the 3 and complete the setup with a used
EOS 5/EOS A2E to use when you have to be in "stealth mode".
