Lenses were set at infinity. I guess that doesn't say much about the macro
ability then does it?
It does prove that the Sigma and Tamron are very good alternatives for those
who can't afford the Canon.
BTW, All MTF tests I've seen so far are tested at infinity. I wonder why?
