Interesting. I will say that with Polarized sunglasses the camera does focus
to the point you select via your eye but you will not see the ECF point
light red on the focusing screen. If you turn the camera for a vertical you
will then see it.
Has something to do with polarization. This happens on both the Elan IIe
and EOS3, have not tried it with the A2e.
