I have just shot my first roll with the EOS 3 and 100-400 and was just wondering about the following: According to the manual it will only focus on a f5.6 lens with the 6 centre AF points. Why then are the other points activated during focussing - it even seems that I can actually focus using one of the other points - or am I missing something here? Thanks Herman > When focus-tracking with the EOS3 I find it best to use a single selected > focus point. I hoped when I bought the EOS3 that the large effective focus > area with all 45 points selected would make a superb flying bird tracker, > but I found it doesn't work so great. I'm sure the 1V will work better for > that. (Can anybody comment on that?) * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
