Actually, I recently got a very good price on a second-hand 24/2.8, and now I
find my 20-35/3.5~4.5 redundant. When it's time to choose lenses for the day,
the W/A I choose is invariably the 24, and I hardly give a thought to the zoom.
I may sell the zoom soon. Although somewhat slow and noisy, the 24/2.8 is very
compact and seems to have less distortion than the zoom. If I need 35mm I can
use the 28-70.
