This sounds like a fun lens. Is there somewhere online one can view
shots taken with it?

Ken Durling"

Ken,

It is a really very good lens. I have made a comparative test just with the,
perhaps, reference the Carl Zeiss Hologon 16mm f:8 and I have found that
Canon 14mm is only slightly worse in sharpness... But we need to remember
that it can open at F.2,8, it's AF and you have reflex finder. It is a big
ammount to pay for it and it is near of the 17mm of the wide L zoom but it
is indeed almost free of distortion, very good sharpness mainly in center
not so much in corners. I you are in digital just a expensive need. I cannot
send you a image unfortunately.

Kind regards

Flix
