Re: EOS Short extension tubes?

This is old, but the reason you want a thin extension tube (the old
Canon FL/FD 5mm tube from the Extension Tube Set M was perfect) is to
get really close focusing with a wide-angle lens!  I used to use the 5mm
tube with my 24mm f/2.8 SSC!
