Hi Bill,
If you mean "1000mm" close-up lens, "They" do, but AFAIK only in
single element. The +1 diopter is not very strong, and unlikely
to benefit from being double-element.
A lot of people use Canon and other brand +0 diopter "protection"
lenses to trap light and increase flare. These "UV filters" are
most often single-element devices :-)
Which of your EF-mount lenses have a minimum focus of 1m?
