There is no such grip.
However there is the grip GR20 which has a T3 socket.
There is an adapter cable that allows you to screw in the mechanical
cable at one side and has a T3 socket at the other one.
So what you need is the grip GR20 and the adapter cable.
BTW how much are these cables right now?
