AF is accurate and fast in sports shooting, but try shooting birds or mammals with
tall grass or a fence between the AF point and the subject and it becomes worthless
(and ECF just isn't fast enough for moving animals in these situation.) I know that
having grass or wire fencing in the frame is not ideal but sometimes it can't be
avoided. For those times make mine MF and hyperfocal shooting.
