I don't get it. I set up my off-camera 550s in preparation for taking some
family photos the following night. Everything was ready to go.
I go to turn on the flashes the next day and one of the 550s doesn't turn on.
I changed the batteries (three times!!!) and still nothing! Cleaned the
contacts too.
Anyone ever have this happen? Just sitting on the shelf, the thing stops
working. And this is pro-level equipment!?! Yikes.
Looking at the warranty card, is there such a thing as a serial number for the
550EX? I see the stamp for the manufacture date, but that's it.
