It sounds to me like a "oops something felt down..." (...) "... nobody will notice 
anything if this
glue works/ if it dries up... "  :-)  don't you think?   or maybe an smart kitty ??  
Do you have a
ten year old son / grandson / guest ??

The serial nr for the 550 is located in the lower part of the moving head. Just set it 
on the 90o
position (looking up)  and it will be under a moulded arch at the junction.
