This is on the right track.  I think a slightly better way to explain it is a barrel
of water with a pump.  The pump delivers a certain amount of water.  Lets say that
the pressure that the pump delivers is the voltage.  The capacity, 1200mAH or
1600mAH, is the amount of water in the barrel.  A 1600 liter barrel has more water,
or capacity, than a 1600 liter barrel.  The pump can deliver 1.2V longer from the
1600 liter barrel than from the 1200 liter barrel.
