I very much agree, except for one problem: when I set 11=1 (af point selection with arrow keys directly) *and* 12=1 (start with center af point) as a quick "emergency" override, then there is apparently no way to switch back to automatic af point selection, i.e. to lighten up all af points. Does anyone have a workaround for this? (other than changing CFs back;-)
A second problem related to CFs is this: although you can disable the AF assist, the other annoying flash, i.e. red eye reduction cannot be disabled when using self timer or the RC-1. This really bothers me. Not quite what I'd expect from an (almost) semi-pro camera body... br/Stefan. * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
