<Fellow EOS'ers, Does anyone know if the Firewire that connects the
<1D is the same one that connects the 1v? Inotherwords, if I already
<have the firewire connection for my 1v, can I use the same connection

But Ray the 1V and the D30 connect the PC through the USB port not the
firewire. You need a new PCI card.
