My husband ordered me an EOS 3 camera for Christmas (yup, he's a peach!).
Unfortunately, he's also hard-headed, and he ignored my suggestion to order
from B&H, and instead ordered from Focus Camera because their price was
slightly cheaper.  Needless to say, the extra shipping and handling charges
made up for the price difference, but now (more troubling) we're having a
hard time finding out if Focus has actually shipped the camera or not (a
customer service agent told him over the phone on Friday around noon that it
had been shipped, but the tracking numbers weren't updated for the day
yet -- and they still have not, at least for our order).

Anyone have any experience with Focus that can set my mind at ease (or tell
me to brace for the worst)?  I've already resigned myself to the fact that I
won't see the camera on Christmas, but we're leaving for Vancouver on
Saturday, and I'd like to have it before then.
