Well, to follow up on my EOS 3 camera from Focus saga, here's the timeline:

December 20 - husband orders camera from Focus, pays over $44 for UPS second
day air service
December 21 - husband calls around noon because no UPS tracking number is on
site despite Focus' claim to have numbers up by 11 a.m., customer service
tells him camera has been shipped already but they are behind in getting
numbers up. As we learn later, Focus doesn't even enter shipment into their
UPS computer until 2:56 p.m. that afternoon.
December 23 - still no tracking number, so I send Focus an email
December 27 - UPS leaves camera on my front porch since we're both at work
December 31 - Focus finally responds to email request for a tracking number

I am not impressed with Focus. I do like the camera, however, it isn't an
intuitive switch from my Rebel 2000. But I am definitely looking forward to
getting as comfortable with it as I am with the older camera. :-)
