Just a quick observation - living in St. Louis Missouri exposed my 
equipment to temperatures of well over 90 degrees and frequently over 100 
degrees with humidity running 90-100%.  It doesn't sound too different from 
Thailand or Bali.

I never had any type of problems with fungus or mold.
