Hi Ken,
I haven't played with the two tubes that I bought 2nd hand all that much
yet. When the local photo club had a flower workshop a while back I mucked
around a little with them and some off-camera flash to come up with this
shot of a Gerbera:

meaning to do more but haven't found the time yet. That was done with the
28-70/2.8 and I want to have a go with the 70-200/2.8IS next.

What I did find is that it very much a manual focus type activity and the
depth of field is paramount. I can see why focussing rails are so important
in macro work now.
