First of all, thank you all for all the answer on my previous flash questions. I'm about to buy the 500EX and I like to work with the flash off-camera. It allows me more flexibility in portraits and macro. I though of buying the Off-Camera Shoe Cord 2, but when I saw the price I started wondering if it wasn't a better deal to buy the ST-E2, even though it is more expensive. For now I intend to use only one flash and I'm not quite sure if I'll ever own a second flash. Appart that I'm limited to the 60cm of the Off-Camera Shoe Cord 2, is there any advantage in the ST-E2 or will I just be wasting my money? Thanks
