I'm trying to buy a tripod adapter that will prevent the TS-E 45mm lens from fouling on my tripod head. There is a picture of this item (it's an accessory manufactured by Canon) on page 48 of the manual for the three tilt-shift lenses. I tried to find it on B&H's web site, but without success. I tried phoning Canon USA, but they had never heard of it. Essentially, it's just a spacer that raises the body of the camera off the tripod head by about an inch. Does anyone know how to describe this item so that I can find one and purchase it?
