Hi Gerry,

How much clearance does the TS-E lens need? I guess it might depend on the
focal length for the lens in question, but you might get close to an inch if
you use a Quick-Release adaptor, or perhaps even with a macro focussing
slider.

How about Jeff Conrad's other suggestion of using a Battery Pack/Grip?
