Ethan,

Make your own to suit your needs. You can make a near-Softar
filter inexpensively.  Get a plain UV filter.
Take clear or white nail polish and apply drops symmetrically
across the glass.  Let them dry and use a wide aperture and 
try it out.  If you need more softening then simply 
add more dots, if less remove some with a Qtip and acetone.
Acetone will not harm the coating on a filter, but keep 
it away from the black ring as it will remove some paint
if you rub hard.
