This is how we do it on the EOS 30, so I don't think it's any
different.  Fastest shutter speed, smallest aperture, lens cap, and
fire away.  When you switch out your film canister, don't forget to
write on it the frame # you left off at!  I put a little swatch of
liquid paper on the canister and write on that.
