Hello I have the chance to buy a used 100-400/4.5-5.6L IS in mint condition. However, when I tested the lens with the IS on, I didn't notice any vibrations or any noise from the IS. Is this normal? I once tried the 28-135 IS and I could feel the vibrations and the the "humm" noise from the IS. The lens is really mint, but if the IS is not working properly, it just isn't worht buying.
