Hi All,
Sorry for the OT question. What would you recommend as a small P&S camera to
carry around when there is no room to carry SLR body. Portable, with a high
quality lens, possibly many controls for AF, shutter speed and/or aperture,
flash.
I was thinking Ricoh GR1. Maybe something cheaper? Any ideas?

Depends on what you want from a P&S and what your price bracket is.
If you want a zoom lens I like the Rollei P&S cameras.
If you want a fixed lens, what focal length?
For me the GR1 is a beauty but tooooo wide for my tastes.
I like the Nikon 28Ti or 35Ti.
