I wouldn't use it.
http://www.invisitec.com/invisitec/protec_demo_ns.shtml just crashed
Internet Explorer 5.01
and the images don't even show up in Netscape 6.23.

Really, the best way is to place a text over the image, or don't put your
files online at all :)
