PC's support the same basic capability. ColorSync is
Mac's implementation of ICC color profiling.  Windoze
versions newer than Win95 have there own version
(which is called varous things in various versions of
Windoze).  And Photoshop has it's own built in ICC
engine, independent of Windoze.

But all are just an approach which let's you implement
color management.  None of them are solutions without
additional tools.
