The beauty of digital is its flexibility.
I think Canon will go 3:2, but with the press of a button (or a couple
buttons, if it's a custom function) you could change the format to 3:2, 4:3,
or something else. If it's not available in-camera, it's not too difficult
to do in PhotoShop.
