EOS EF 50/1.8 original lens

Well it looks like I just got a bargain. I was in Australia for my parents wedding anivesary - and dropped into cash convertors (a second hand store) and found a Mk I 50/1.8 for AUS$85 (ca. US$45). This is my first Canon prime and I hope it lives up to its reputation
