Hi fellow listmembers,

I may have the opportunity to exchange my EOS 5 for an EOS 1 (with
booster). Would you consider this to be a wise thing to do?

According to 'photozone.de' both have a similar AF-system. Is that true? I
have the following lenses: Tokina 20-35/3.5-4.5, EF 50/1.8, EF 28-135 IS
and EF 70-200/4L, so only one lens that benefits from the cross AF-sensor.
Does anybody know how the AF on the 5 and the 1 compare with my slower
lenses? I'm considering the trade because I would like to have a more solid
feeling camera. I also have a RT and I must say I like it's feel, and the
EOS 1 is supposed to 'feel' even better...

Any input is appreciated!

Kind regards,

Bart
