ECF, fast AF, light weight, 3 metering modes, nearly silent operation, etc etc. I dunno why this little camera feels so good, but it does. I hear so much about AF problems with D30 and D60. Oh, and prices have to come down a bit too. The latest and greatest might be the equivalent of my EOS, but the price is just too high right now. This D80 sounds pretty good. One thing though about digital, besides the battery and price problems, is that I really like a light camera. I would love to not have to worry about finishing a roll, scratches on my negs, etc. I'm ready for a digital EOS, but the price isn't quite ready for me. But I'll keep the EOS 55, the ultimate analogue camera, at least for me. * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
